I called Evan at LCI at 8:30 on a Tuesday Morning and he had one of his workers (Dwayne) out and arrived at 9:30. They assessed the problem and found the Water Pump outside and the Tank under the house to be damaged. He had the pump in and complete at 1:30 the same day. I couldn't have asked for better service or professionalism from this complany. They explained everything that would need to be done including cost (which ended up being a little cheaper than originally quoted) . When they came out and fixed the tank under the house, it was more tedious then expected but nonetheless, they honored what I was quoted and did an amazing job. Reggie did an awesome job and explained everything that he did to fix the problem. I would highly recommend this company. ~ Kristine K

My wife and I have been calling on Evan Layman for many years for our plumbing needs. He was probably 18 or 19 when we first became acquainted with Evan in approximately 1997 He has always responded quickly to our calls and needs. Before he started his own business, Evan worked for another company. My wife would specifically request Evan as we were confident he would find and correct the problem despite his young age. He has grown his business and has hired and trained polite, respectful and competent people to work for him to meet our plumbing needs. When you count on someone to provide you a service for that many years and they have consistently provided excellent service through many years, then they deserve more than a five star rating and a A++. ~ David M

We had a major well pump failure with pipes collapsing and a large intervention was needed. Layman's was recommended to me, and they did not disappoint. They came immediately, exactly when they said they would. Then they diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts needed. They came back soon after to finish the job, and really did everything in their power to get our water back, and finish the repairs much faster that I had hoped. The situation was overwhelming to me, but being in their hands made me feel much better. A couple of loose ends at the end that I brought to their attention, and they came right back to fix them even after being all paid up. A rare find to say the least. ~ Giulia T

Excellent customer service! We had an emergency plumbing issue and called Layman’s for assistance. Dwayne arrived quickly and took care of everything in a short period of time. The most amazing part is that he came to work in our freezing cold basement when the temperature was in the single digits with very strong wind! Excellent service from start to finish. We had a wonderful experience working with Layman's Contracting to have gas lines installed for our fireplace logs and tankless water heater. From the very beginning, their communication was excellent. They showed up on time, kept us informed throughout the process, and were extremely professional. This is the first time using this company which was recommended by a friend. They were awesome. Steve and Brody were very professional and replaced my kitchen faucet, as well as installing an outdoor spigot. Within 30 mins of calling Layman’s, Kevin came out in the snow & ice to help us with our lack of water pressure. He quickly determined the issue and went to town working to fix it. On February 6th my sewage system failed. I called Layman and they came immediately to help me on a Friday night. They worked tirelessly to figure out the problem and over the next two months have completed the project. I can not say enough about their team. Adjectives will fail. Septic issues are awful and require immediate remedies! Fortunately their plumbers came quickly and while the repair took weeks they were thorough, polite and knowledgeable. They knew who to call to do the soil excavation so they could get to the source promptly. Everyone was extremely courteous and respectful. I would definitely recommend them. ~ Mary L

My elderly mom’s pipes had frozen during this cold winter storm. Touched base with LCI on a Sunday evening. Brady & Chris showed up first thing Monday morning. Very polite young men, seemed very knowledgeable. Got right to the problem & explained as they went. We had running water in 2 hrs. Checked for leaks before they left. Awesome job, LCI! ~ Amy M
